Suicide Squad: First Look at Task Force X – Cult Fix
  • Deus Ex Machina

With all the recent photos, I think I’m looking forward to this more than BvS. Having said that though, I don’t expect any of these films to hold a candle to “Arrow” and “Flash”.

Overall I like it. Harley and Deadshot are particularly good. Not a fan of how Killer Croc looks. I would prefer a taller more reptile like approach. However I suppose this one fits in with the style they are going for. My main concern is if all these characters will get enough screen time, especially the smaller ones considering they have some fairly big names in the cast. I haven’t heard of Slipknot and El Diablo so hope they are good characters. Didn’t know Katana was in it. This is probably the DC movie I am most excited for. I hope they can do it well and it will certainly be interesting but with so many plates spinning to do a really great movie will take a lot of skill.

Isn’t this a really big team I mean unlike the Avengers which was just a team-up of previously introduced supes, this movie will introduce everybody. Also, who’s the antagonist? I mean the guy they’re battling.

See, that’s the problem (well, ONE of the problems) I have with both this and Batman Vs. Superman. With the Avengers, each of the main characters got movies before the big team-up, (except for Black Widow and Hawkeye, but they were mostly there as support; and heck, even Black Widow got a substantial role in Iron Man 2); that meant we got to know there character and they didn’t have to establish it in Avengers. But in BvS, the only returning character is Superman, and they have to set up the other six members of the Justice League all at once ON TOP of the battle between Batman and Supes. With this movie it’s even worse, because they have to set up ALL of the major characters, and I can’t imagine how they can pull it off and still have a good story.

Let’s see. Harley looks…acceptable; something seems off about her design to me, but I can live with it. What upsets me more is Croc’s new design. Come on, what was wrong with his design in the Arkham games? Oh wait, I’ve got it: it’s “not realistic”. That’s your problem, DC: you don’t realize that if people wanted a super-realistic movie, THEY WOULDN’T GO TO A SUPERHERO MOVIE.

(Also, I’m unfamiliar with any of the other people in this team here. Deadshot looks pretty cool, though.)

Liking Harley Quinn and Deadshot’s look. Everyone else I don’t care about at all

  • Love Harley Quinn’s design. And Deadshot looks cool too [really like Will Smith, great actor]. Agree with everyone else, Killer Croc looks wrong. Compared to his Arkham Asylum design this is poor. I mean they at least tried to keep Quinn’s design similar to the Arkham series so why not with Croc? Realism or no realism Croc is meant to be a rampaging reptile man. Can’t say I know any of the others. Also where’s the Joker? It’d be nice to see him in full costume.
